Ay caramba! Our Texas roots mean that Cinco de Mayo is a holiday we hold close to our hearts- cue the mariachis, sombreros, and margaritas. As we celebrate our southern neighbors whose influences are so deeply ingrained in our Texas culture, allow us to share this tasty tequila and cold-brew combo that’s sure to kick your Cinco fiesta off right!

 




 

Coffee Popsicles with Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Banana

Ingredients
  1. 6 ounces Chameleon Black Coffee Concentrate
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  5. 8 ounces coconut milk
  6. 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  7. 1 tbsp cacao nibs, optional
  8. 1 tsp honey, optional
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
  2. Pour the coffee mixture evenly into 6 pop molds and transfer to the freezer. Freeze for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
  3. To unmold, run the pop briefly under warm water, remove and enjoy.
