Spicy Chameleon Cold-Brew Cocktail

Smokey the Cold-Brew made with Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee.

Spice up your evening with our jalapeño-infused cold brew cocktail featuring the bold flavors of mezcal, vermouth and our very own Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee.

Ingredients
  • 1-2 thin slices jalapeño
  • 2 oz. mezcal
  • 1 oz. blanc vermouth
  • 1 oz. Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee
  • 1 spring mint or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
  • In a mixing glass, muddle jalapeño.
  • Add mezcal, Chameleon Cold-Brew, vermouth and ice.
  • Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds
  • Strain over 1 large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  • Clap a spring of mint or cilantro to release oils then use to garnish drink.
