- 1 – 2 thin slices jalapeño
- 2 oz mezcal
- 1 oz blanc vermouth
- 1 oz Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Black Coffee
- 1 sprig mint or cilantro for garnish
- In a mixing glass, muddle jalapeño.
- Add mezcal, Chameleon Cold-Brew, vermouth and ice.
- Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds
- Strain over 1 large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Clap a spring of mint or cilantro to release oils then use to garnish drink.
