Spicy Chameleon Cold-Brew Cocktail
Spice up your evening with our jalapeño-infused cold brew cocktail featuring the bold flavors of mezcal, vermouth and our very own Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee.
- 1-2 thin slices jalapeño
- 2 oz. mezcal
- 1 oz. blanc vermouth
- 1 oz. Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee
- 1 spring mint or cilantro for garnish
- In a mixing glass, muddle jalapeño.
- Add mezcal, Chameleon Cold-Brew, vermouth and ice.
- Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds
- Strain over 1 large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Clap a spring of mint or cilantro to release oils then use to garnish drink.
