Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate
Cozy into the holiday season with a sweet, buzzy mocha coffee swirled with peppermint and enjoy Chameleon Cold-Brew Coffee Concentrate hot.
- 2 cups whole milk or 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Mocha Coffee Concentrate
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Over medium heat bring milk and Chameleon Cold-Brew to a simmer then turn off heat.
- Add white chocolate, sea salt and peppermint extract and whisk until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Divide into 2 glasses and top with your favorites (we used whipped cream, crushed peppermint candy, and marshmallows)!
