Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate

Cozy into the holiday season with a sweet, buzzy mocha coffee swirled with peppermint and enjoy Chameleon Cold-Brew Coffee Concentrate hot.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk or 1 can coconut milk
  • 12 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Mocha Coffee Concentrate
  • 12 cup White Chocolate chips
  • 12 tsp peppermint extract
  • 14 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Over medium heat bring milk and Chameleon Cold-Brew to a simmer then turn off heat.
  2. Add white chocolate, sea salt and peppermint extract and whisk until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  3. Divide into 2 glasses and top with your favorites (we used whipped cream, crushed peppermint candy, and marshmallows)!
