Cold Brew Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Recipe

Whether you eat it by the spoonful or bake to gooey perfection, anyone and everyone will fall in love with our Cold Brew Cookie Dough made with Chameleon Cold-Brew.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 12 cup cane sugar
  • 12 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 34 cup coconut oil softened
  • 12 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Mexican Coffee
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 14 tsp sea salt
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • Optional Cinnamon-Sugar Mix
  • 14 cup cane sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Using a mixer, cream together sugars and coconut oil. 
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until combined. 
  3. Eat with a spoon or roll large spoonfuls of dough into balls with the option to roll each ball in Cinnamon-Sugar mix. 
  4. Eat now or freeze until a craving hits!
  5. Or bake at 350°F for 10 – 12 minutes until bottoms are golden.
