Cinnamon Roll French Toast

Take your weekend brunch to the next level with our Cinnamon Roll French Toast topped with a maple icing and made with Chameleon Cold-Brew Caramel Coffee Concentrate.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 13 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Caramel Coffee Concentrate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 – 4TBSP butter
  • For Maple Icing
  • 1 container reserved icing from cinnamon rolls
  • 1TBSP butter, softened
  • 12 cup powdered sugar
  • 2TBSP maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Bake cinnamon rolls according to pack and let cool. 
  2. Mix together Chameleon and eggs.
  3. Slice each cinnamon roll in half horizontally and dip in egg mixture for 3 minutes. 
  4. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. 
  5. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. 
  6. Repeat steps 5 – 6 to cook remaining French toast.
  7. Whisk together icing ingredients until smooth and drizzle to serve!
