  1. 2 cups milk
  2. 1 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate
  3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground clove
  5. 6 egg yolks
  6. 3/4 cup sugar
  7. 1 cup cream
  8. 1 cup bourbon
  9. 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  1. Add first four ingredients into a pan and bring to a boil
  2. Add egg yolks and sugar into a separate bowl and whisk until the color becomes lighter and liquid gets fluffy
  3. Slowly add 1/2 hot cold-brew mixture from pot into bowl of yolks and sugar, while whisking simultaneously
  4. Add egg mixture to the rest of the cold-brew pan
  5. Whisk the combined mixture over low heat until mix is 160 degrees Fahrenheit
  6. Cool for 1 hour
  7. Add 1 cup of cream, 1 cup of bourbon and 2 teaspoons of nutmeg to cooled mixture
  8. Whisk well and cool overnight
  9. Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy
