Adaptogenic Ombré Cold Brew Waffles

Make your own deliciously sweet and colorful breakfast (without the guilt) and all the fun with our Adaptogenic Ombré Cold Brew Waffles.

Ingredients

  • Batter Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 14 cups almond milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2TBSP coconut oil, melted
  • 2TBSP white chia seeds, ground
  • Add-Ins
  • 14 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate
  • 12 tsp turmeric
  • 12 tsp ashwagandha
  • 12 tsp cordyceps
  • 1 14 tsp beet powder

Preparation

  1. How To: Easy
  2. Blend all batter and add-in ingredients until smooth.
  3. Cook all batter in a lightly greased pan over low heat for about 1 – 2 minutes on each side until edges are golden.
  4. Serve topped with maple syrup.
  5. How To: Ombré
  6. Blend batter ingredients until smooth and cook 4 small pancakes in a lightly greased pan over low heat for about 1 – 2 minutes on each side until edges are golden. Divide among 2 or 4 plates.
  7. Divide remaining batter into 2 bowls.
  8. In first bowl, stir in 1 tablespoon Chameleon Cold-Brew and 14 teaspoon turmeric and cook 4 pancakes, repeating step 1.
  9. In first bowl, stir in another 1 tablespoon Chameleon Cold-Brew and ¼ teaspoon turmeric and cook 4 pancakes, repeating step 1.
  10. In first bowl, stir in 14 teaspoon beet powder and cook remaining batter, repeating step 1.
  11. In second bowl, stir in ashwaganada, cordyceps, 1 tablespoon Chameleon Cold-Brew and 12 teaspoon beet powder then cook 4 pancakes, repeating step 1.
  12. In second bowl, stir in 1 tablespoon Chameleon Cold-Brew and 12 teaspoon beet powder then cook remaining batter.
  13. Serve topped with maple syrup.
