Vanilla Cold Brew Granita

Need a slushee on this hot summer day? Perk up and cool down with this Vanilla Cold-Brew Granita made with Chameleon Cold-Brew Vanilla Coffee.


  • 1 bottle Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Vanilla Coffee
  • 2TBSP coconut nectar
  • 4TBSP sweet and condensed coconut milk


  1. Stir together cold brew and coconut nectar until dissolved. Cover and freeze in a shallow container.
  2. After 1 hour, use a fork to scrape the mixture into ice crystals. Repeat every 30 minutes for 4 hours or until thoroughly frozen.
  3. To serve, fluff mixture one last time and top with sweetened condensed milk.
