So one thing Chameleon has done, like some other beverage brands, is make investing in its organic farmers a core part of the business. “What we’ve done is set aside funds to invest in our farmers,” Campbell says.  “So we’re able to deploy some of those funds to get those farmers to where we want them to be. And that takes two to three years.”
