Since its founding in 2010, Chameleon Cold-Brew has built its business around producing cold-brew coffee. Now it’s taking a bold step toward being known simply as a coffee producer by introducing a new product line. CEO Chris Campbell and the company’s director of coffee offer their thoughts on why they made the leap.
“We’ve been doing cold brew right for a long time but people don’t see us as a coffee company, they see us as a cold-brew company. We’re a coffee company– and we’re buying millions of pounds of coffee a year,” said Chris Campbell. “Going down this path brings some of that knowledge to customers. It gives us credibility.”
