Chameleon Whole Bean: Single Origin Coffee

Get your sweet fix with flavors of milk chocolate, cocoa nibs, & ripe cherries in our single origin roast. 

Recommended Brew Technique: Pour Over 

  • 3 tbsp medium ground coffee 
  • 12 oz filtered water
  1. Place a filter in a Pour Over brewer and add 3 tbsp of medium ground coffee.
  2. Pour 3 oz of boiling water over the grounds and stir fast for 10 seconds to agitate. 
  3. Slowly pour the remaining 9 oz of water over the grounds and let them drain. Total brew time is about 3 minutes.

Tastes... well, sublime! Full of ripe, juicy berry notes and wine-like flavors. 

Recommended Brew Technique: Chemex

  • 7 tbsp medium ground coffee
  • 24 oz filtered water
  1. Place a filter in the Chemex and add 7 tbsp of medium ground coffee.
  2. Pour 6 oz of boiling water over the grounds and let them bloom for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the remaining 18 oz of water, then let it drain. Total brew time is about 4 minutes.

Not for the timid! This bold blend is big bodied with a hint of sweetness.

Recommended Brew Technique: French Press

  • 5 tbsp coarsely ground coffee
  • 16 oz filtered water
  1. Place 5 tbsp of coarsely ground coffee in a French Press.
  2. Pour 8 oz of boiling water over the grounds and let them bloom for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the remaining 8 oz of water to the French Press. With the plunger up, let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.
