Morning Hacks with Cold Brew
Become a morning person (or at least become a more productive person in the morning) with our hacks for starting the day right with cold brew.
But first, breakfast
Whether or not you believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it’s definitely the most delicious way to start your morning right! Pair a delicious cup of Chameleon Coffee Concentrate with eggs and toast, or combine your coffee and breakfast into one drink with a Cold Brew Morning Smoothie.
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 cup ice
Blend and enjoy!
For early risers and night owls alike, a morning routine is the easiest way to start each day efficiently and with a clear purpose in mind. Every routine is unique and should fit your schedule and energy level for the morning.
Routines can include: journaling, meditation, workout, at-home yoga, breakfast, coffee, cleaning, reading, doodling, and much more!
If you only have a small amount of time in the morning for yourself (or love to sleep in), save time by prepping your day and cold brew in the evening. Plan out your schedule and to-do list in a planner or on your phone before bed so you know exactly what needs to be accomplished the next day. Prep your morning cup of cold brew too with Chameleon Cold-Brew Pods. Simply place a pod into a jar of filtered water and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, you’ll be ready to caffeinate and take on the day!
Dance Instead of Snooze
We’ve all been there — when your alarm is tirelessly ringing and you snooze because your eyes won’t open quite yet. If you’re a persistent sleeper, stopping the alarm may not help you wake up either! To create the habit of a “one alarm morning,” place your phone out of arm’s reach so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Tempted to fall back under the covers once you turn it off? Time to turn on your best wake up song and start dancing! Keep a set of headphones nearby if you do not want to wake a sleeping roommate or spouse.
Find music inspiration on Chameleon’s Spotify playlists and get to dancing!
