Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Pecan Coffee Concentrate
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut whipped cream
  • 1 fresh strawberries

Strawberry Purée Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, greens removed
  • 1 tablespoon agave

Instructions

  • Option to mix together Chameleon and agave, if you’re using.
  • Pour Chameleon into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
  • To make strawberry purée, blend strawberries until smooth.
  • Add strawberry purée to small pan with agave and simmer 3 – 5 minutes to thicken into a sauce, stirring occasionally.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • When Chameleon is frozen, blend in a high powered blender until it’s a texture you are happy with.

Cold Brew Frozen Yogurt

A buzzy and bold frozen yogurt is easy to spice up any way you like during the summer. Make it fresh and healthy with berry and nut toppings or kick up the sweetness with white chocolate chips and coconut flakes.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Whisk together all ingredients until combined.
  • Freeze, stirring every 30 minutes until it is a soft-serve consistency, about 3 hours.
  • Scoop or pipe (with a piping bag a large star tip) into a bowl and top with your favorites!

  • In a large mixing bowl using either a stand-mixer or an electric hand mixer, add all the ingredients
  • Whip the heavy cream mixture on high-speed until stiff peaks form (to prevent splattering, start out at a slower speed and as the cream thickens, increase speed). Be careful not to over mix or ​“break” the whip cream mixture.
  • Pour half the whipped mixture into a freezer-safe container. Drizzle with some caramel syrup.
  • Pour remaining half of mixture and top with another drizzle of caramel syrup.
  • Cover and freeze for about 4 – 5 hours (3−4 hours yields a ​“soft serve” ice cream, 5+ hours yields a more solid texture).
  • Top with caramel syrup when serving or add fresh fruit.

Vanilla Cold Brew Granita

This 3-ingredient iced treat is easy to make without sacrificing bold flavors. Make this coconut and vanilla cold brew snack or dessert when you need a refreshing yet sweet summer pick-me-up.

  • Stir together cold-brew and coconut nectar until dissolved. Cover and freeze in a shallow container.
  • After 1 hour, use a fork to scrape the mixture into ice crystals. Repeat every 30 minutes for 4 hours or until thoroughly frozen.
  • To serve, fluff mixture one last time and top with sweetened condensed milk.

  • Stir together Chameleon Cold-Brew & 2 tablespoons agave. Divide Chameleon Cold-Brew among 10 popsicle molds and freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together coconut milk and remaining agave until smooth. Add to popsicle molds on top of cold-brew mix and freeze 30 minutes.
  • Add popsicle sticks and freeze 4 hours or until firm.

  • Blend red ingredients until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Cover and freeze in a shallow ceramic or glass container.
  • Repeat with other flavors, covering and freezing each in separate containers.
  • Freeze overnight.
  • Scrape the frozen mixtures with a fork until boozy, shaved ice is formed. Repeat for all flavors.
