Get your sweet fix with milk chocolate and cherries in the super smooth Single Origin roast. Learn how to brew using the Pour Over method.

Chameleon’s Whole Bean line gives you the freedom to brew the perfect cup of coffee any time of day, just the way you like it. Our Single Origin variety is especially unique, with the location from which we source the beans changing seasonly to spotlight incredible coffee farmers around the world. Our first stop? Chiapas region of Mexico! This Single Origin variety infuses flavors of sweet milk chocolate, cherries, and hazelnut. The washed process allows for the flavor of the territory to shine through.

Step 4

Pour 3 oz of boiling water over the grounds and stir fast for 10 seconds to agitate the brewing coffee. When pouring, make sure to use slow spirals, starting at the edges of the coffee filter and circling towards the center where the grounds are located.

Step 5

Slowly pour the remaining 9 oz of water (continuing the slow spiral motion) over the grounds and let them drain. Total brew time is about 3 minutes.

Brewing Basics

1. Use freshly ground coffee for the richest flavor and smoothest brew.

2. Water quality makes a big impact on your coffee’s flavor! So always use clean, filtered water.

3. Brew tastes a little off? Try adjusting the grind size. If it’s light and sour, try a finer grind. If it’s dark and bitter, try a coarser grind.

To make your own Pour Over coffee, you will need a scale, coffee paper filters, coffee bean grinder, and a drip decanter pour over coffee maker. Try some of our favorites!
