As we celebrate our southern neighbors whose influences are so deeply ingrained in our Texas culture, allow us to share this tasty tequila and cold-brew combo that’s sure to kick your Cinco fiesta off right!

Cinco de Drinko: Drifting Cowboy Recipe with Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate
Spike your Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate with tequilla for this tasty Cinco de Mayo treat.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz reposado tequila

2 oz Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate

1/2 oz cream

3/4 tsp cinnamon syrup (if no cinnamon simple syrup, sub with simple syrup and add a touch of grated cinnamon)

Instructions:

1. Shake & strain over ice. Garnish with fresh grated cinnamon and float 1/2 oz cream.
